• Dust generation from the inside is prevented due to the special structure.
  *The lugs are scaled inside a class 1000 cleanroom, and the amount of dust emission of the shaft body with a particle size of over 0.5µm is confirmed to be less than 660 particles/ft³.
• The core is firmly gripped (maximum allowable torque 460N/m) with the powerful lifting force (maximum load 700 kgf,) so there is no run-out when rotating or minor slipping.
